Specifications

  • You need to have the NetCDF libraries installed in your computer to compile this program. Otherwise, you should modify the read/write routines and adapt them to your preferred formats.
  • The program accepts files in NetCDF format, and also some multi-column ASCII files.
  • Try "MF-analyzer -h" to obtain a overview of the run-time options of the program. Some additional information can be found reading the comments in the file header. Lacking of specific funds, there is no plan to create a tutorial or a more flexible version at this moment, sorry!.
