Remote Sensing and Ocean Modelling. FPI scholarship advised by Dr. Marcos Portabella and focused on the development of a high resolution ocean surface wind forcing product based on scatterometer wind. Inter-calibration between different sensors, namely ASCAT (A&B), OceanSat-2, HY-2A and RapidScat. Validation techniques such as spectral analysis and triple collocation between buoy, NWP model outputs and scatterometer wind.
